Most medicines are needed for only a limited time. However your Doctor may agree to provide repeat prescriptions for medicines which you need regularly. These will be listed on the right half portion of your computer prescription. To obtain a repeat, please tick the required item on the list and take it or post it to the surgery, giving at least 48 hours notice.

In the interest of safety and accuracy, requests for repeat prescriptions are not taken over the telephone. If you wish your repeat prescription to be sent to you by post, please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request. You can arrange for your local Pharmacist to obtain your repeat prescription.

The Doctors regularly review all repeat prescriptions and you may be asked to make an appointment to discuss your treatment from time to time.
